Hungry Hubby has voted this Jalapeño Popper Sandwich as his all time favourite! Even suggesting we have them the next time we have a braai instead of the usual cheese and tomato sandwiches.



Because it's not the healthiest of sandwiches, even though I use low fat cream cheese and low fat mozzarella, I'm adding red grapes and cherries, almonds, pecans, rice cakes & smarties to the lunch box.


Hungry Hubby is also getting a big bowl of fat free yoghurt with berry compote made the same way as the Blueberry Compote so it's healthy and provides a sweetness to the tangy yoghurt.

  1. FYI for the sandwich it's 8 WeightWatchers ProPoints while for the fat free vanilla yoghurt and 1 tbsp of compote it's 2 WeightWatchers ProPoints.
