3 ProPoints WeightWatchers Salad



90g Woolwort's Sweet Chilli Chicken Fillets
1-2 cups herb salad
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp sugar substitute
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt and pepper

1. Place the leafy greens in a bowl, top with chicken fillets and blueberries.

2. Mix sugar substitute, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and enjoy.

You can add 2 slices whole grain toast on the side for an additional 3 ProPoints and 2 tsp butter for an additional 2 ProPoints.
