Healthy snacks
Believe it or not but this page comes from the tabloid US Magazine January 2013 issue that gives fantastic advice in regards to exercise and diet changes to help you shift those last pounds or kilograms in 2013.
All the snack portions provided are 100 calories. I love the guacamole with chips, popcorn, raspberries, chocolate and watermelon. I always have a serious craving for watermelon but when I do buy it I buy it whole as the prepared ones sold usually look about a week old. The only problem is that I never get to cutting it and then have to throw it out a few weeks later.
Anyway, these are good snack ideas for the two smaller containers in the lunchbox.
