Sandwich Ideas - something a little different

The new year is starting and already I ave to start thinking about what to put in Hungry Hubby's lunchbox tomorrow. A never ending struggle to keep it healthy (okay healthy-ish), balanced and enjoyable. Three contrasting words in my vocabulary. So I decided to look for some tips and this is what I found.

You do find brilliant ideas shared by other interested people, bloggers, parents or hungry people. I love the Laughing Cow, Ham and grated carrot sandwich filling. To make blueberry cream cheese mix 2 tsp blueberry jam with 4 tbsp cream cheese.
