Hunger Pains


Why is it that whenever you are on a diet, you are automatically always starving?

This time instead of just giving up before a mistake my couch for a fluffy big marshmallow, I did some research: apparently it is because I'm eating breakfast! 

Everyone ways says that people who eat breakfast are thinner and the reason for that is very simple: by eating breakfast you wake up your metabolism

The unfortunate side effect is instead of my 3pm hunger pans I now have them at 11am. The snacks are helping me so I won't grab the nearest chocolate to gobble up. 

Here's to learning something new at my age (who would've thought?)
