Lunch Box Holiday!
My Fantastic Hungry gave me the day of from making lunch boxes. Okay, well, truthfully we are going away for the weekend and I have to organize the packing. Typical guy!
So instead I thought I might do some baking for the weekend. I would love to make my favourite sweet thing: macadamia nougat
But looking at recipes for nougat I realized that I need a candy thermometer and need to check the temperature before every step. So sometimes it's just so much easier to just buy whatever you grave. Instead I will make something that is so much simpler, a one pan biscuit slice.
