So the time of the Diet Disaster has approached!
Hungry Hubby is in charge the diet and the diet we are following is the Cohen Diet. It's restrictive but it does work!
Hungry Hubby is having roasted chicken, fresh mango, green salad with butter lettuce, red onion, green pepper & cucumber. On the side is provitas, apple & yoghurt for breakfast.
Obviously my portions are a lot (a lot!) smaller. So I will be hungry and grumpy but I will loose weight!
Dinner Sunday night on Cohen was roasted portabella mushrooms with garlic, salad with mango and steak sliced in strips, which Hungry Hubby enjoyed on crispbread with a bit of mayo as a steak sandwich.
