I am starting a new tradition: a trow it all in Sunday Roast whereby I take one roast and add all the veggies that we didn't use in the week, so nothing is wasted.

And from the lovely roast we get the all important leftovers! So for lunch Hungry Hubby has 2 sanwiches with avo, coriander, roasted pork & roasted onions on low GI bread. Because he has all the goodies on the sandwiches (and because of limited space) I only added fruit: honeydew melon, blueberries & apricots.
