Hopefully this lunch is a bit healthier. Hungry Hubby is having 2 omega 3 enriched wholewheat rolls, mustard & ham (no mayo for a change) some green salad with shredded carrot and beetroot, olives, low fat salad dressing, Kiri cheese & a small portion of cream cheese. Hungry Hubby also has a fat free yoghurt on the side.
Due to the diet disaster (see poll) Hungry Hubby will be in charge of the diet from next week! We need to start eating healthier as we need to optimize everything before we start with a family. We'll be following the Cohen Diet (I'll post some more info on that later) which not only allow you to loose weight but was initially created as a fertility diet. Two birds with one stone?
