Today's lunch is a variation of the Chicken, avocado and beetroot pita and Iremoved the beetroot and replaced it with apple. Just top the pita in step 2 before placing it in the oven an there you go.
It was really good as the apples were so juicy. It was healthy too as the whole pita is on 7 WeightWatchers ProPoints.
