Since I've been eating the very unhealthy (or so I've been told) quiche at work, I decided to make my own. Firstly I got rid of the crust as I think it's unnecessary calories and since I'm only really after the filling. Secondly I got rid of all the fat from the bacon and only used the medallions and lastly I added loads of mushrooms. And there you go.
From what I worked out it serves 4 with only 9 WeighWatchers PoPoints.
