COHEN DIET: Tomato, Green Pepper and Mushroom Pizza
I love pizza and really, who doesn't? So you have to love a diet where you can have it up to three times a week! I'm on the Cohen Diet again so there are some restrictions as to my toppings, but in the end this is so good that I tend to have it even when I'm not on a diet - and that is saying something!
- 1/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella, grated
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic
- salt & pepper
- 2 crackerbread
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Top 2 crackerbread and bake in a preheated moderate oven until the cheese is melted and browned slightly. About 10 minutes.
- Enjoy immediately!
