COHEN DIET: Wednesday, 12 March 2014

Today I decided to have an all-in-one salad. I included two fruits to add bulk to it so the salad should last me a while. I used a juicy chicken breast cut into strips, baby salad leaves, mango and white peach cut into blocks and peperdew strips. I made a salad dressing from basil leaves, mayo and vinegar. Herby and tangy, just what every salad needs.
