Lunch box: Monday, 12 August 2013
Since evening meals are currently consisting of Gaviscon, I decided to go for something a bit more substantial so I made a sandwich that consisted of a piece of French loaf, some light mayo, a 1/2 of cooked chicken breast, avo (seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper) and rocket.
Because the sandwich is greenish I decided to add a splash of colour by adding red fruit in the form of giant strawberries, red grapes and deep purple cherries. And of course I added some Laughing Cow cheese triangles.
Something substantial and almost perfectly healthy (if it wasn't for the white bread).
