We try and visit Tasha's once a month for brunch. I always have a quesadilla, Hubby has one of their fancy sandwiches and I order the mini breakfast for the Little One. The best part? There sometimes are leftovers that I can add to the lunch box! This time I had the Mexican quesadilla an had some leftover. I didn't have any of the salsa or guacamole left so I made my own quick and delicious dip.
- 2 TBSP full fat yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
try it with a bolognaise and cheese quesadilla or chicken, spring onion and cheese version. Or just with crudities. Whatever you feel like!
