Halloween Scaredy-Cat Brownies

As always I really wished we, as a country, enjoyed Halloween. I love the idea of costumes and 'scary treats' and parties for no other reason than having fun. One day when Ems is bigger I do a proper Halloween party where everyone (including the grown-ups!) can dress up in costume and have fun!
