What I ate today - Cohen Diet

I am following the Cohen Diet again - it's 3 months before our January holidays so it is a good time to start.


Breakfast was a microwave eggs with prepared peppers and onion on a crispbread.


Lunch was a salad with these mozzarella and apple sandwich (on crispbread) with mayo. This was so good!


Dinner was a bunless burger with onion, tomato, lettuce and mayo.
