Healthy lunch



The Little Princess is having 2 meatballs, some baby carrots, sugarsnap peas, red pepper slices and mini corn with half an orange and some blueberries. I do so well with her lunch box every day but when I prepare mine I tend to just add leftovers or don't prepare one at all! So bad for my health as I am then stuck with getting a quick take away which isn't always healthy.




To fix that I added some leftover chicken, steamed broccoli and cauliflower dressed with salt and peeper and the other half of the orange. This was dinner and really good, so when I am happy with dinner then it really is good enough for lunch.

How do you prevent the lunchbox blues?
