Quick Nachos for mid-week dinner
Hubby's favorite dinner: Nachos! This really is so quick to make these Nachos. And use whatever is in the fridge. You don't have re-fried beans? Add baked beans! No cream cheese? Add cottage cheese! No spice packets? Add a combination of: ground coriander, cumin, paprika, chilli powder and a pinch of cinnamon. Just enjoy. And remember to cover the baking sheet with foil. It makes for a quick clean afterwards.
