Starbucks Birthday party

Is anyone else having a Tween obsessed with Starbucks? It has become so bad that I decided to use it to our advantage. We started collecting all the Starbucks cups throughout the year and used it as our theme.

We decided to have the party at Playalot, which is an indoor obstacle course type place, and the guys were amazing. They made the decor and the cute party packs, we dropped off the cups and they added milkshakes to it with whipped cream to look real official like.

The cute hand made earings was done by myself and Ietsie Mooi Shop, which the kids loved!

We added another cup (because we had so many) and filled it with candied popcorn just because we could. Everything brown, green and gold to fit the theme.

The kids played on the equipment to work out some of the sugar and then we hit them with my new favourite birthday 'cake': a stack of Krispy Kreme doughnuts. You can now order them in fancy colour but we took the plain ones and added green and brown sprinkles to follow the theme.

A great option especially if you don't want to host the birthday party at your house!

For school we did something different:

I hand painted a t-shirt for Tween and printed Starbucks logo with a brown background which we placed in plain plastic cups. It looks just like a Starbucks coffee, which we then filled with sweets as birthday favours for the whole class. It was an absolute hit!
