Llama Christening

Covid lock-down lifted and we quickly decided to do the Christening of the Little One. We didn't do it at Church but rather at home. As usual I turned to the amazing ladies at Bubbly & Squeak to help organise everything.

We decided on the Llama theme, it is a theme we haven't done before and with the flowers and cacti it just looked girly enough for a Christening but could also work for a birthday party.

The beautiful cake and cookies were made by Nectar Spice and as always they looked amazing. As per our tradition the cake was a red velvet cake (the same as our wedding cake and the Tween's Christening cake).

The amazing canapes (and the most amazing macaroons ever!) were made by Authentic Cooking

The beautiful flowers as organised by Bubbly & Squeak were done by Flower Heart Flowers.

Another tradition is the french lace christening gown. I wore a french lace wedding dress and it is the same one worn by the Tween at her Christening. The same Minister that presided over our wedding and the Tween's christening was present. I love building these little traditions. For instance every time we have cake on our wedding anniversary it will always be red velvet!
