Route 44 Market

It's beautiful weather outside and you are wondering: what are we going to do this weekend? Well, how about you visit the very popular Route 44 Market in Stellenbosch? You won't be disappointed, from food to clothes to accessories, there is wine and craft beer and even an oyster bar!

The food is really great and so much to choose from. There is the best thin based pizzas ever (really they are almost as thin as a tortilla!). The Little ones really enjoys the ham, mushroom and pineapple one.

We, being the grown-ups, enjoy the jalapeno poppers with its multitude of fillings. Hubby had craft beer and I had the organic, low sulphur wine.

Below is the aforementioned oyster bar. It's very popular with the crowd but not my scene.

The Little really enjoyed the nachos despite there being chilli on it. Basically ate the chips and cheese and loved it!

Shopping-wise I really loved Euvella for their rose gold plated jewellery. So feminine. 

Go, make a turn (alcohol is served only from mid morning but you do need to go early to get a table), and enjoy!
