How to make a braai pie

Add toppings of choice (here: cream cheese, grated cheese and maraschino cherries chopped and mixed together, salami and more cheese).

Gently add it to the braai rooster (the metal grid) and close it but not too tight!

 Turn it several times over moderate heat ( or let Hubby do it while you enjoy a gin and pink tonic).

When it is crispy it is done!
